TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern the specified offer. Instructions for valid purchase form part of the Terms which you will be deemed to have accepted if you participate. Please read the following Terms carefully.

Eligibility & Participation

1)    A “Qualifying Purchase” is a full price Lift Summum treatment and a full price 50ml Crème Pleine Vie in salon, all other sales channels are excluded

2)    Eligible customers to purchase and receive a full price Lift Summum and full price Crème Pleine Vie within the validity period, it cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, including treatment packages, gift vouchers, courses, treatment discounts and retail offers

3)    This offer is subject to availability, contraindications and standard treatment terms and conditions

Free Gift

4)    Eligible customers who make a qualifying purchase can claim a “Menopause & My Skin” collection as a “Free Gift”

5)    Free gift cannot be substituted for any other item, cash or credit

6)    One free gift per qualifying purchase

7)    Free gifts are subject to availability at point of redemption and issued at The Guinot Salons discretion

How To Claim

8)    Participants must claim their Free gift upon full payment of Qualifying Purchase within the same transaction

9)    If the participant returns their Crème Pleine Vie and a refund is due, the Menopause and My Skin Collection will become chargeable at the value of £80

Eligibility & Participation

1)    Eligible customers must make a “Qualifying Purchase” to participate

2)    A “Qualifying Purchase” is the purchase of an “Eligible Product” in salon on The Menopause & My Skin Event, all other sales channels are excluded

3)    An “Eligible Product” means any product identified and recorded on the participants bespoke prescription

4)    The Guinot Salon may, at its sole discretion identify which products are eligible or no longer eligible for this offer.

Offer Discount

5)    Discount is 20% off standard RRP

6)    Offer Discount is subject to stock availability

7)    Offer Discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion

How To Claim

8)    Participants must claim their Offer Discount at the same time and in the same transaction as their Qualifying Purchase

9)    If the participant returns their Qualifying Purchase and a refund is due, the refund will deduct the value of the Offer Discount

FOR EXISTING CLIENT REDEEMING THE OFFER

·         Existing clients can only refer new clients i.e. people who have never previously been a client at the salon.

·         There is no limit on the number of ‘friends’ an existing client can refer to the salon. The existing client will be eligible for the 20% offer each time.

·         Once the ‘friend’ has been to the salon and has had their treatment, the existing client is eligible to redeem the offer.

·         To be eligible for the 20% discount, the existing client needs to purchase a treatment and a skincare cream. Minimum treatment spend of £30/€30 applies. ‘Skincare cream’ refers to face and body moisturisers only.

·         Treatment discount applies to Guinot treatments only, including face, body and depilation.

·         The discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion or discount.

·         The 20% discount applies only to one treatment, therefore if the client has multiple treatments, only the highest priced treatment will receive the discount.

·         Free gift subject to availability. Gift may vary.

FOR NEW CLIENT (FRIEND) REDEEMING THE OFFER

·         The new client must present a completed Refer a Friend voucher at their appointment to redeem the offer.

·         The new client receives a 20% discount on their first treatment and product purchases.

·         The 20% discount applies only to one treatment, therefore if the client has multiple treatments, only the highest priced treatment will receive the discount.

·         The 20% discount applies to all products purchased on the client’s first visit.

Eligibility & Participation  

1. Eligible customers must be a resident of the UK or Ireland and be over the age of 18 
2. These terms and conditions are applicable across the entire Rewards Scheme and any participation is considered as acceptance. The Rewards Scheme account, in whatever form, are issued by and remain the property of Guinot which may, at any time, terminate the scheme or alter or amend the conditions of operation 
3. Participants are entitled to one Reward Cards membership only. Guinot reserves the right to refuse, merge or close duplicate and or additional accounts 
4.  Participants must register their personal details and keep Guinot informed of any changes. Guinot cannot be held responsible for any loss of points or rewards incurred as a result of out-of-date details. Accounts with out-of-date details that have not been updated for 18 months will be removed and points and rewards forfeited.   
5. The Rewards Card, in whatever form, is not transferable, cannot be copied and can only be used by the member who is named and registered for the card 
6. Guinot may decline to issue, withdraw or cancel Rewards Scheme membership, and / or remove a member from the scheme at any time where there is reasonable belief of:
   a. any abuse or attempted abuse of the scheme;
   b. any breach or attempted breach of these terms and conditions and / or those relating to the optional elements of the scheme;
   c. any behaviour relating to Guinot that involves theft, misconduct, abusive or offensive behaviour, or supplying false or misleading information. 
7. Reward Scheme membership cannot be transferred, bought, sold or in any way traded. 
8. Participants can choose to leave the scheme at any time. By leaving the scheme members forfeit the right to any points or Rewards already accrued or issued. 
9. Participants who do not collect any points for two years will be removed from the scheme and will need to reapply for new membership should they wish to re-join.  

POINTS 

1. £1/€1 Spent on Services will earn 1 point, £1/€1 Spent on Retail will earn 2 points 
2. Points can be earned on all products and treatments (excluding courses) 
3. Participants will be required to quote their Rewards Card number to collect points on purchases made through any phone transactions. 
4. Guinot may set a limit on the number of times points may be awarded for promotional items on which additional points are available. Individual promotions may have different limits as communicated in their purchase conditions. 
5. Points are non-exchangeable or refundable and hold no money value. 
6. Guinot reserves the right to deduct points for unattended appointments or cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice where a deposit has not been taken. 
7. Guinot is entitled to remove points at any time if products are returned for any reason and a full or partial refund of the purchase price is given. This also applies to the exchange of products unless the exchange is for products with an equivalent points value. 
8. Total points held will be shown on receipts

   3000 POINTS= Free Detoxygene or Hydra Summum Facial  
2. Appointments are subject to availability 
3. Free Foot Peeling treatments must be pre-booked and added to a paid service, they cannot be taken as a standalone service 
4. Rewards treatments must be pre-booked 
5. If a Reward treatment is cancelled, not attended or rearranged with less than 24 hours' notice, the participant will have the value of the points automatically deducted  
6. Rewards cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers
